3.1 Registration and Profile Data

When you register as a member, we collect:

• Full name • Date of birth • Contact phone number • Company name (optional) • Billing address

3.2 Communication Data

We collect and retain copies of communications between members, including messages exchanged within the platform. Such messages are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support the function of our community and any ongoing inquiries.

We may also communicate with you directly via email (through our email service provider, Resend) regarding your account, membership status, or service updates.

3.3 Payment Data

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not collect or retain payment card data, bank account information, or other sensitive payment details. Stripe processes and stores this data in accordance with their own privacy and security policies. Stripe may share transaction data with us for billing and account purposes, but payment card details themselves are never held by us.

3.4 What We Do Not Collect

We do not store content posted to external platforms (such as items, services, or materials posted via Instagram). We do not collect location data, browsing data, or any sensitive data beyond what is necessary to manage your membership and facilitate communication within the community.

4. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Managing your membership account and access to our community • Processing membership fees and other payments via Stripe • Communicating with you about your account, membership status, or service updates • Facilitating communication between members within the platform • Complying with legal obligations

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

• Contract: Processing is necessary to perform our obligations under the membership agreement and provide the services you have requested. • Legal Obligation: We process certain data to comply with applicable laws and regulations. • Legitimate Interests: Where processing is necessary to pursue our legitimate interest in operating a secure, well-managed community.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Membership data is retained for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period thereafter to manage account records and comply with legal obligations. • Communication records (member messages) are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support community function and resolve any disputes or inquiries. Historical messages may be archived or deleted in accordance with reasonable data management practices. • Payment transaction records are retained in accordance with Stripe's retention policies and our financial record-keeping obligations.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your data with the following third parties to provide our services:

7.1 Stripe

Stripe processes payments on our behalf. We share billing information (name, address, and transaction data) with Stripe to process membership fees. Stripe acts as an independent data controller and maintains its own privacy policies at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

7.2 Resend

Resend is our email service provider for transactional communications (account updates, payment confirmations, and service notifications). We share your email address with Resend to send these messages.

7.3 WhatsApp

We may use WhatsApp to communicate with members regarding their accounts or community matters. When you communicate with us via WhatsApp, your messages and data are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policies.

These third parties are data processors or independent data controllers, depending on the service, and process your data only for the purposes we have specified. All third parties are required to maintain appropriate security standards.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data • Request erasure of your data (subject to legal retention obligations) • Restrict processing of your data • Data portability (receive your data in a structured, portable format) • Object to certain processing activities • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
